Questions about official Berks County criminal records usually belong with the government office that created or maintains the document. The routes below identify the proper county, court, police, or state custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
